Apartments of 58 square meters with two bedrooms, the main one with a Queen-size bed and the second one with one single bed, two complete bathrooms, a dining room and an independent kitchen totally equipped.
APARTMENT 2 BEDROOMS (4 people)
Apartments of 61 square meters with two bedrooms, the main one with a queen-size bed and the second one with two twin beds, two complete bathrooms, a dining room and an independent kitchen totally equipped.
Children policy:
Apartment 1 bedroom (double): Accept 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults.
Apartment 1 bedroom (Triple): This apartment doesn't accept children in extra beds only in cribs or sharing beds with adults.
Apartment 2 bedrooms (Triple): Accept 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults. Also it accepts 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with 3 adults and 2 children under 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults but these last two options upon availability of apartments with 4 beds with the hotel.
Apartment 2 bedrooms (Quad): This apartment doesn't accept children in extra beds only in cribs or sharing beds with adults.

The four buildings consist in 428 apartments with separate bedrooms, complete bathroom, dining room and an independent kitchen, 97 of them with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of them are exteriors and they are equipped with air conditioning, dining room, 32" LCD screen, direct telephone, safety box, an independent kitchen with vitro ceramic, microwave, fridge, complete furniture and optional use of kitchenware (extra charge 4,28 Euros/day/apartment). Also, for long stays with washer-dryer. The ground floor apartments are ideal for families because they have individual wide terrace to facilitate their family stays in Madrid.
